Shipping Policy
Shipping Rate
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States.
- United States Shipping Fee: $250 per order
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If additional accessories or custom equipment are requested for installation on the bike, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of electric bikes, orders are shipped using Freight LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping.
We partner with reliable logistics carriers including:
- FedEx Freight
- UPS
- DHL
- Other professional freight carriers when required
All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier operations.
Delivery Appointment
Freight shipments require a delivery appointment.
The shipping carrier will contact you using the phone number or email provided during checkout to schedule the delivery.
Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- Freight carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Customers must provide a valid residential or commercial address capable of receiving freight deliveries.
- If the provided address cannot be delivered to, we will contact you to request an alternative delivery address.
International Shipping
Currently, our standard shipping policy applies primarily to orders within the United States.
For international orders, including Canada, Europe, Australia, and other regions, shipping arrangements may be available upon request. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on destination and freight requirements.
Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 24-month limited warranty on our products to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Bike Warranty
All Sur-Ron electric bikes purchased from our store include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty begins from the date of purchase.
If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective component.
Battery Warranty
Electric bike batteries are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.
During this period, defective batteries may be repaired or replaced after inspection by our technical team.
The warranty period remains based on the original purchase date.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear components (chains, brake pads, bearings, seals, etc.)
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or paint chips
- Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or misuse
- Unauthorized modifications or non-original parts
- Racing or competitive use
- Improper charging, storage, or maintenance
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos if requested by our support team
Our support team will review the claim and provide repair or replacement instructions if the issue qualifies under warranty.
